"Years ago I did a very expensive workshop in POSE running, but to be honest I didn't learn a thing, except that I thought that POSE running just wasn't for me. But when I was trying to get running again this summer, after having very painful problems with my calves for months, I was ready to try everything. My favorite book "Born to run" from Christopher McDougall led me again to POSE running. So I booked a training session with Jeff to have another go with POSE running.
Well, this time it just clicked - Jeff is such a great coach; he's able to show you so many different drills, so that one of them just does the trick. After a couple of days I was running without any pain and finally it was fun again! I was able to train properly for some weeks and decided, after doing another very good training session with Jeff, to run the half marathon at the Greifenseelauf. I started without any idea of how fast I could run after the time I wasn't training properly, resp. wasn't running at all, and finished with a new PB in 1:38:47! First time faster than 1:40! And on the course I've got compliments for my running technic... So, how cool is that?

"Twelve girls from "Club der Töchter" met the challenge for a special Strongmanrun Preparation Training session and successfully complete a two hours in- and outdoor training under the direction of Coach Jeff Grant from Hillseeker Fitness. Indoor obstacle course, crawling underneath a net, jumping over an alligator pit, swinging on rings over a deep canyon - uff, done! Then to the next location outdoors where a balance part was awaiting us and the challenge of pulling a sled- we've never done somethings like THIS before! Would we only have known then what the third part of our special training was: Coach Jeff explained to us how to climb a rope and after this we learned about movements with names like bear walk, duck walk, squat cleans with sandbags, knees to elbow and so on... it was a raving success and the radiating faces of the girls did show some sings of endeavor but predominantly we had an awesome training experience with new learned skills, great group spirit and we got hungry for more...! Thank you Jeff for this extraordinary fun, challenging and totally intoxicating training! We learned and laughed a lot and yes, we were sweating even more!"
