It's Hillseeker Monthly Challenge time again! For the month of August, we're going a fun combo of Hillseeker Burpees + Classic Sit-ups.
This month's challenge is to complete a total of a minimum of 10 rounds during the month of 21-15-9 Hillseeker Burpees + Sit-ups. This means 21 reps of each, 15 of each and then 9 of each. A scaled down version is shown on the video. To scale it up, feel free to wear a weight vest. If you are inexperienced with these movements, I highly recommend working with a qualified coach to make sure that your form is correct and consistently applied.
